I am Tara Dowdle, a dedicated graduate student eager to pursue a career in the apparel luxury industry. I am currently working hard to earn dual master's degrees in Global Luxury and Management. One master's degree from North Carolina State University (Raleigh, NC) and the other across the pond at SKEMA Business School (Paris, France). I am grateful I have the opportunity to gain a global perspective of the luxury industry in the three different sectors (personal, experiential, and transportation). I hope to use my knowledge to provide consumers with a memorable luxury experience.
Prior to graduate school, I received a B.S. in Apparel Design and Merchandising and minor in Marketing from Appalachian State University. This is where I fell in love with fashion, learned the creative thinking process, and skills to excel in the fashion industry.
